Returns
Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.
Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they remain in their original packaging and condition.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@phaseskinlab.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
